Urethane Applications
Urethanes have been used with great success with these applications and countless others. Urethane coating is done for most of automation feeder bowls and handling equipment's for noise reduction and abrasion resistance
Coating thickness can done from 1 mm to 3mm Extremely durable and tough when compared to other engineered materials.
Excellent Impact, abrasion, cut, and tear resistance.
Typically out performs mild steel up to in abrasive applications.
Typically out performs rubber compounds up to 4x in abrasive applications.
Superb resilience with exceptional elastomeric memory.
Will not chunk out like rubber.
Coatings are available for feeder bowls, trays, hoppers and inlines. Coatings can enhance feeding capabilities, aid in the protection of the feeder bowl and the finished product parts, and promote sound abatement.
